ACS-SNC1000A is a no-clean, silverless solder paste formulated with high reliable SnCuBiNiGe solder powder, specifically designed for fine pitch printing and cost effective applications. The flux system complies with the ROL0 classification with halide content of <0.05 %.

ACS-LF1001 complies with the ROL1 classification in J-STD-004, offering high reliability and excellent wettability. It is highly compatible to BGA applications. ACS-LF1001 has shelf life of 6 months under refrigerated and 3 months under room temperature.

Proven to have excellent tackiness that allow it to hold components up to 8 hours.
Good coalescence under air reflow up to 0.2 mm solder balls.
Non corrosive residue that comply with standard IPC SIR requirements and JIS copper corrosion test criteria.

ACS-LF1001LD

ACS-LF1001LD is a lead-free solder paste specially designed for laser soldering. Halide free and corresponds to ROL1 in J-STD-004 specification. Minimal flux spattering and solder balls formed during rapid heating by laser soldering. High reliability and optimum wetting on lead-free joints with clear residue.
