AHQ-3100MT-2(B3-11) is a flux formulation characterized by low solids content and minimal residue generation.
This low flux residue is suited for the automatic optical inspection by a checker pin in the production line, and this flux provides excellent solder-ability. A glossy appearance surface is expected after the soldering process.

AHQ-3100MT-2 (B6) is a rosin free flux with low percentage of solid content and neglectable flux residue is left after soldering.
This low flux residue makes it suitable for the automatic optical inspection by a checker pin in the production line, and this flux provides excellent solder-ability. A glossy appearance surface is expected after the soldering process.

AGF-780DS-AA

AGF-780DS-AA is a halogenated, low residual, post flux for lead free soldering developed for the automatic soldering process of PCBs with high density mounting, chips and discrete components.

  • Capable of soldering firmly chips and discrete components to the PWB in lead free soldering process.
  • Excellent solder rising/ penetration to the through hole board.
  • Flux residue after soldering sustains high insulation resistance.
  • This is a no cleaning, RA type flux.
